HOW TO ORDER

Each product advertised on this website is shown with its own respective postage and packing cost, in most instances for mainland United Kingdom. For other destinations, please contact us with your order and we'll e-mail the total cost including shipping etc., All prices shown are in Pounds Sterling (GBP)

When you order more than one item we calculate the total cost when your order is assembled. e.g. If you were to order several items the total postage and packing cost is usually no more than £6 by Standard Delivery to a U.K. mainland address. Telephone if you'd like further details."

Three Ways to Pay

1. Send your written order with the correct payment payable to "Spin-A-Disc Metal Detectors" to the above address; or

2. Telephone your order on (01422) 245401: Tuesdays, Wednesday, Friday or Saturday between the hours of 10am and 4pm; or

3. Email your order ANYTIME. However, don't forget to include all the following details:

1) The type of card you're paying with (e.g. Access/Mastercard/Visa/Maestro/Solo)

2) The card number, expiry date, together with the last three digits of the number on the signature strip (Your address verification code)

3) For Switch and Solo cards the Issue number (except for Royal and Bank of Scotland when instead we must have the 'valid from' date).

4)Your name exactly as it reads on your card.

5) Your Full name and delivery address (which must be your statement address) N.B. we cannot deliver to any other address other than your statement address when paying by credit/debit card) PLEASE DON'T FORGET YOUR POSTCODE

6) A daytime and evening telephone number.

7) If your house has a house name, only use this if it doesn't have a number. Our mailing system is compared automatically with the Royal Mail database of 27 million U K postcodes. (House names and numbers are confusing unless part of your address and as listed by Royal Mail).

(It is not possible at the moment to order items "On-Line", however we are reviewing the situation. If you would have preferred to buy in this way, do let us know.)

We welcome your order large or small, however on orders under £10.00 (GBP) before you add the postage and packing costs please add £1.00 handling charge.

Delivery Details

Your order can be delivered to any address if paying by Cheque or Postal Order, made payable to 'Spin-A-Disc Metal Detectors' and crossed please. Payment by Credit Card or Maestro card can only be delivered to your statement address.

Next day delivery is available upon request, please ask for details. Other than Next Working Day Delivery, we cannot guarantee when your goods will be delivered, but to a U. K. mainland address it's usually three to five working days from the date you placed your order.

Parcels and most packets will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at home, our delivery agents will leave a card stating where your parcel can be collected from. Please telephone them first, the number will be on the card, and take two means of identification when collecting your parcel.

It would be helpful when placing an order if you print your name, address and postcode in CAPITALS LETTERS please. If ringing, please spell any unusual or difficult words.

Other Important Details

If you are unsure of the correct amount to send with your order, including post and packing charges, please contact us for a quotation.

If your order is not accompanied by the correct fee, your order will not be processed.
